New Bonuses for Public Works Members

Great News! CAPE members in the Public Works Department can now apply for and receive a brand new bonus, simply for holding a specific license or certificate.

Here’s how to get our new bonus:

Step 1:  Download, print and fill out the following forms:

• Professional License Bonus Form 
• Certification Bonus Form 

Step 2:  Submit the form to your direct supervisor for signature and approval.

Step 3:  Turn in the completed and signed form to the HR Lobby on the first floor.

*Bonuses are retroactive to March 1, 2019.
