I thank every union member for your support and commitment to the Union.
WE ACTIVLY PREVAIL
WHEN WE REMEMBER OUR PAST AND BUILD BRIDGES FOR THE FUTURE
Remember the CEO threatened us with layoffs, salary reductions, and taking away our negotiated contract. We worked, we negotiated, we held our ground!
WE WIN! No layoffs, no reductions.
We recently achieved an extra week of vacation accruing during 20-25 years of service.
We have proven we can TELEWORK. Management is seeking to reduce Telework. We are reminding Management that this BETTER WORKING CONDITION keeps our COUNTY CLEANER and our LIFESTYLES HEALTHIER and that they connot change negotiated rights!
We work with our members, our negotiation teams, our committees, our Coalition of County Unions; to build bridges with our Directors, our Board of Supervisors, and our CEO to protect our rights and our benefits through solidarity.
I am committed with your CAPE Board to keep our negotiated RIGHTS and PROTECTIONS!
