WE DO PREVAIL!
REMEMBER 2 YEARS AGO
THE LAY OFF LIST!!! The CEO threatened us with layoffs, salary reductions, and taking away our negotiated contract. We held our ground! WE WON! No layoffs, no reductions.
If it were not for our Union; our members, our negotiating teams, our committees, our Board of Directors, all of us who fight for our rights and mentor solidarity, we would not retain our benefits.

Our economy and working conditions are in turmoil
I am committed with your CAPE Board to fight for the BEST PROTECTIONS and NO REDUCTIONS!

We will continue to achieve salary increases, cash bonuses, inequity compensation, and more.
Yes, we will continue our stance to ensure better working conditions and solid benefits for our members.
Remember we achieved an extra week of vacation accruing during 20-25 years of service.
We have proven we can TELEWORK; we will continue to advocate this BETTER WORKING CONDITION that keeps our COUNTY CLEANER and our LIFESTYLES HEALTHIER.
