Mark your calendars. The Los Angeles County Choices Annual Benefits Enrollment begins October 1 and continues through October 31, 2014. All eligible Choices County employees will have an opportunity during the Annual Benefits Enrollment to review their benefit elections and make changes for 2015.
If you're not already participating in one of the CAPE/Blue Shield Point-of-Service (POS) medical plans, this is your once-a-year opportunity to consider enrolling. Information packets on "What's New in 2015" for the CAPE/Blue Shield Lite and Classic plans will be received by all Choices-eligible CAPE members this month. Additionally, two informational luncheons are scheduled at Public Works Alhambra Headquarters Monday, October 6 and Tuesday, October 7, see invitation flyer for details. Additional worksite presentations will occur at some work locations in October, and will be announced directly at the worksites.
