As the fires continue and families face many challenges, CAPE members have access to Labor Community Services (LCS), which is ready to support and assist those in need during these historic fires in Southern California. READ MORE HERE.
If you have been affected by the recent fires and need assistance with access to care, please find the following resources for CAPE/Blue Shield participants:

If you have been displaced by a mandatory evacuation, the following resources are available:
Medical Care:
You may seek care through an out-of-network provider at in-network benefit levels. You may also replace medical equipment and supplies if needed.
Medications:
CAPE Blue Shield participants will be allowed an immediate refill of prescription medications – even if the medication isn’t due for a refill. Contact your pharmacy (or the retail pharmacy chain) or call the Customer Service number above.
Vision/Eye-wear:
If your eyewear has been lost or broken due to the SoCal fires, call Member Service Support at (800) 877-7195
Virtual Care:
Virtual care is available anytime, anywhere.

- NurseHelp 24/7SM offers advice from a registered nurse at any time.

Mental Health:
