L.A. County Annual Choices Open Enrollment has begun and is open from October 1 through October 31. All employees should have received an enrollment packet in the mail which should include informational brochures with all the information you need to choose the plan that’s right for you.
As you may know, CAPE Blue Shield provides exclusive healthcare plans for CAPE members, as well as other County employees who are members of one of the Coalition of County Unions, and combines the cost savings of HMO plans with the flexibility of traditional Fee-For-Service plans.
